A visit to a 7th century Northumbrian royal court
Looking forward to your next novel. I really loved the Song of the Huntress - the world you created was wonderful 😊
Thank you! Lots of research and reading and the rest imagination :) It's accidentally become an authorverse for me now, as I keep writing books in it!
Did the clothes come with the place - or are they your own?
lol! They are my own. I just dress like the eccentric writer I am.
Ok so - where did you get them from? I enjoyed your article. I am hoping to spend some time in Butser's Farm in Hampshire soon.
Butser is wonderful - one of my favourite places. My jumper and leggings are from Toonzshop, coat from Voriagh.
Checked these out - they are cool! Voriagh is a but pricey - but very authentic. Thanks for the share.
Marian glad you asked, ‘cause they look really comfy!
Yes pricey! I had to save up for the coat. But I try to purchase from smaller companies and slow fashion labels that work more ethically and use natural fibres.
Yes me too. I like green fibres for basic stuff. Again, a bit pricey - but ethical.
